Pentominium is a Supertall skyscraper under construction in the city of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. When completed, the height can reach 516 meters (1693 feet), with 120 levels. Designed by architects Aedas and funded by Trident International Holdings.

Pentominium is the second tallest residential building in the world, the Chicago Spire high as 610 meters (2000 feet) is the highest.

The word 'Pentominium' is


a combination of the penthouse and kondominum. Each room will have a foyer own and control smart biometric systems. Each apartment will have all or part of each level of the building area (more than 600 m²).

According to Trident, this design aims to create the world's most luxurious apartments, with each person having access to the 24-hour butler service. Trident also makes agreements with outside companies to ensure owners can use the Rolls Royce or the latest sports car of their choice, and cruises with luxury cruise ship in the Persian Gulf.

The level of Pentominium will have a Sky Lounge, Sky Pool, Business Center, and a private observation deck along with health clubs and women & men smoking lounge, squash court, banquet hall, and private theater.
