Messeturm

    Messeturm is a skyscraper located in Frankfurt, Germany, the meaning of the name is "Tower Exhibition". Messeturm directly standing in Frankfurt Trade Fair. Architect Helmut Jahn is designing.

    Messeturm had become the tallest building in Europe at the finish construction in 1990 until 1997, then was defeated by the Commerzbank Tower in Frankfurt, and in 2003 by the Triumph-Palace in Moscow. Used as office space, this structure has 63 high-level 257 meters (842 feet).
    Construction of the building foundation set a world record as the longest concrete pouring. Ninety-truck poured concrete for 78 hours into 20 feet (6 m) of land.

    The pyramid on the Messeturm be the most unique than any other skyscrapers, 36.3 meters high.

    It looked like such as Bank of 
    America America Plaza in Atlanta. and is often referred to by the Frankfurt as a "pencil".

    The tower is using some form of geometry in design like a square, which is the main form used for the tower. Then the cylinder on top to form a
    pyramid.

    Messeturm is the only building in Germany with their own postal code (60,308). This building also has appeared in a game the European version of SimCity 4.
