Sheikh Zayed Road

    E 11 (Arabic: شارع إ 11) is a highway in the United Arab Emirates. The road begins in the emirate of Abu Dhabi. The longest road in the UAE, E 11 extending from the emirate of Abu Dhabi and ends at Ras Al Khaimah, UAE parallel to the coast along the Persian Gulf. This road forms the center of some of the emirate's main city, which has a different name - Sheikh Maktoum Road in Abu Dhabi, Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai, and Sheikh Muhammed bin Salem Road in Ras Al Khaimah.

    In Dubai, E 11 is known as "Sheikh Zayed Road" (Arabic: شارع الشيخ زايد). The road that runs parallel to the coast of the Rings Trade Center to the border with the emirate of Abu Dhabi, 55 kilometers (34 miles) from the Jebel Ali area.
