Dubai World Trade Center

Dubai World Trade Center (DWTC) is an office complex in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, built by HH Sheikh Rashid bin Saeed al Maktoum. The complex is situated along Sheikh Zayed Road at the Trade Center Roundabout and consists of the original tower (built in 1979), 8 exhibition halls, the Dubai International Convention Center, and apartments.

This office tower has 39 levels along 149 meters (489 feet) and the majority used as offices. At the time construction, this commercial center is the tallest building in Dubai (and UAE) and is the first high-level buildings along Sheikh Zayed Road. The occupant of this building consists of Federal Express, General Motors, Johnson & Johnson, MasterCard International, Schlumberger , Sony, and the consulates of the United States, Australia, Italy, Japan, Spain, Switzerland, and Turkey.
