Batik Cap is one type of production process that uses a canting batik stamp. Canting stamp here is much like a seal, only the material is made of copper and larger dimensions, the average size of 20cm X 20cm.
Making Process
* Cain mori placed flat on a table that has been coated with a soft material
* The night was boiled to melt and maintained so that the temperature of liquid night stay in kondiri 60 s / d of 70 degrees Celsius
* Canting Cap then inserted into the liquid the night before (about 2 cm in the bottom of a submerged fluid canting stamp night)

* Liquid night will soak into the pores of the cloth to penetrate to the other side of the cloth surface
* After the process of knowl-cap's finish with various combinations of canting stamp is used, then the cloth will do the coloring process, by dipping the cloth into the tank containing the selected color.
* Mori fabric whose surface has been impregnated by the liquid night, will not be affected in this coloring process.
* After the coloring process, the next process is the removal of files motive fluid through the process penggodogan night.
* So that would appear to 2 colors, the color of the original base cloth that had covered the night, and had color after the coloring process.
* If you will be given a combination of staining again, eating should begin again the process of knowl-cap's liquid night - coloring - penggodogan again.
* So that takes the process repeated for each color.
* The interesting thing is in the process of batik colors marriage, because the surface of cloth that has been previously diwarna will diwarna again on the subsequent staining process, so it needs special expertise in the process of color selection & marriage.
* Because of the coloring process is repeated and thorough in every pore of cloth, the colors on the printed batik tend to be more durable and long lasting compared to other batik.
* The last process of making batik is the process of cleansing and enlightenment color with soda. Then dried and ironed.
