    The Battleship Missouri Memorial is a National Park Service park located on the banks of Honolulu Harbor in the city of Honolulu, Hawaii. This class of warship was the third ship of America's Pacific fleet to be named for the state of Missouri, also being the third vessel to bear the name of Missouri in total. The ship was christened with the names of those who died in the sinking of the USS Arizona. Today, the memorial complex where the ship is placed is home to a number of historic landmarks, including a veterans' museum and an exhibits hall. There are many other attractions in the area as well, including an underwater park, a harbor tour boat trip, and a battleship living history museum.

    The Bishop Museum, named the Hawai'I State Museum of Cultural and Natural History, is an art-historical museum of nature and culture in the historical Kalihi District of Honolulu on the Hawaiian Island of Oahu. Consisting of eight zones, it is the physical embodiment of the Bishop Style of architecture. In addition to the exhibits themselves, the museum includes gardens and trails that take visitors back through time to the period when the original settlers arrived on Hawaii. Hiking this portion of the Honolulu Island has long been a favorite hiking and biking trail. Today, the entire region is considered one of the best regions in which to enjoy outdoor activities and attractions.

    Pearl Harbor Aviation Museum is an educational non-profit organization founded in 1999 with the goal of creating an aviation museum at Hawaii's famous Pearl Harbor Air Base. Part of former Senator Daniel Inouye's plan for a revival of Ford Island, this museum houses a wide variety of aviation displays with a large majority relating to the attack on Pearl Harbor and World War II as well. 

    The museum was created to honor the memory of all those who were lost during World War II. The Honolulu Commercial Art Gallery is the presenting sponsor of the museum. For those who wish to learn more about the history of the air base, various aircraft, or Pearl Harbor memorabilia, there are numerous public events hosted by the museum throughout the year.

    The Ala Moana Center is a large public open-air mall in Honolulu, Hawaii, dedicated to Hawaii's most well-known Polynesian heritage symbol, aliaseda head of the Ka'eleku plum.
