Remember when your Lord said to the angels, "Verily, I will create a caliphate on earth". They said, "Are you going to make on the earth who will make mischief therein and shed blood, but we always celebrate with Thy praise and sanctify Thee?" And God said, "Verily I know what you do not know".
From the above verse seems that the angels had a hunch that it will create a caliphate is the creature of God who will make mischief in the land and shed blood in the dispute. In Tafsir Jalalayn mentioned that the action was also carried out once the genie who inhabits the earth before mankind. When they do mischief, God sends angels and dibuanglah them to the mountains and remote islands.
In the Tafsir Al Misbah explained that in addition to being based on previous experience, expectations that may arise from the term caliphate itself. The meaning of this word meaning pelerai impressive disputes and law enforcement, and thus there must be a dispute between them and the shedding of blood. Human remains will be the caliph in the earth by God. This is explained in the following verses (Surah 2:31-33) is:
He taught Adam the names (objects) completely, then bring it to the angels, and said, "Me List the names of these if you're right!" They replied, "Glory to Thee, there is no knowledge for us other than what Thou hast taught us: Thou art, Thou art the All-Knowing (again), the Wise". He (Allah) said, "O Adam, let to them the names of these objects". When he had told them the names of objects that, He (Allah) said, "Did I not say unto you, that in fact I know the secrets of heaven and earth and knows what you reveal and what ye hide".
In this verse explains that God showed to the angels that he had assigned Deputy has an advantage over them. Given his knowledge of Deputies is the potential to be familiar with the objects. This potential that can make people capable of running the command as the Caliph on earth. Although there will be some people who will do mischief in the earth or the shedding of blood but with the potential given to man the man would be able to perform the task as caliph. Although angels have a better compliance, always cleanse and praising God, but without the potential of knowledge taught Adam the angels will not be able to this task as the Caliph on earth.
Then the first man and his partner was permitted by God to live in heaven. In heaven, God gives the gift of many, one of the food is great and good to be eaten by Adam and his partner. They may enjoy the anywhere, anytime they like. But God forbade Adam and his partner to approach a tree. Of the many food and trees in heaven, God forbid one tree only to not be approached.
When there is prohibition, people break them. Humans do it by accident. All due to human weakness against the temptations of Satan. God did not let him in misery due to his actions. God taught him a few sentences that often understood as a form of regret. God knows that along with the potential of knowledge has given him, hidden weaknesses that can be used by Satan for misleading people. Therefore God gave humans a facility for the fall to return to Him. He promised that if people want to admit weakness and received instructions from God, then God will allow people that achieve success do its job as a caliph in the earth and ultimately return to God in heaven forever.
